51 students graduate from BAT and IB at Socrates Educa International School Salou

Last Friday, May 17, Socrates Educa International School Salou held its 9th graduation ceremony for BAT and IB (International Baccalaureate) students. 51
students graduated this year. Of these, 23 completed the National Baccalaureate (BAT), 26 took the IB route and 2 completed both programs.

More than 8 students have achieved an average BAT grade higher than 9 and one finished at just 15 years old, having taken the BAT, IB and the American Dual Diploma.
In terms of where the students come from, it is a truly international group, with boys and girls from India, South Africa, Mexico, the United States, the United
Kingdom, France, Romania, Belgium, Russia, Ukraine and Spain. Half will continue their education abroad and the rest will do so in Spain.

The event, which was held in the school Forum, was attended by the students' families and teachers, who congratulated them for being a "collaborative, diligent and flexible group, a family of friends with a positive attitude that represents a promotion with a broad profile and a promising future.”

During the graduation, the Baccalaureate coordinator and 2nd year Baccalaureate tutor, Neus Roig, made her speech along with the IB coordinator and 2nd year International Baccalaureate tutor, Cristina García; the Headteacher of the Socrates Educa International School, Jonathan Day, and the General Manager of the Socrates Educa Foundation, Jaume Vilella.
