Personal development and a commitment to the community
At Socrates Educa International School we believe that education is a holistic process that must encompass

the two dimensions of a human being: the individual and the group. Our educational model includes the
Mentoring and Service-Learning programmes which meet three objectives: to channel learning, foster
personal development and provide a service to the community. Throughout their school life, pupils provide
services inside and outside the school that benefit the community while enhancing their own education.
Through this, they learn the value of hard work and develop their sense of solidarity and generosity toward
others. These activities also translate into improved academic performance.
