TECNIFUTBOL ACADEMY are a group of coaches and educators, with experience in
training players, coaches and events. We also have specialists such as physical trainers,
psychologists, goalkeeper coaches, physios and, of course, UEFA Pro, UEFA A coaches,
etc. We’ll be in charge of development of all on-field products inspired by Johan
Cruyff’s methodology.

We base our Football Style on three important aspects:

1. Possession: Controlling possession of the ball, moving the ball quickly with few
touches to destabilize the opponent’s defensive structures.
2. Positioning: Positioning our players well on the pitch, allowing us to be

economical with our effort and well-organized to react quickly when we lose
the ball to prevent counter-attacks and try to win the ball back in the
opponent’s half.
3. Pressing: Pressing aggressively to win the ball back as quickly as possible when
we lose it. The best time to win the ball back is immediately after we lose it.
