Distinction for a student from the EIC in the PAU tests!

Congratulations to Marta Va Ginkel (BAT/IB2 student) for her PAU distinction!

Since 2001, the Interuniversity Council of Catalonia annually awards the distinctions of the Tests to publicly recognize the efforts of the students, as well as their good preparation in their realization.

 

The PAU is awarded to the students of Catalonia who in the June ordinary session obtained a grade equal to or greater than 9 points in the phase of access to the tests.

 

Marta has been following the programme of studies of the National Baccalaureate and simultaneously the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme.

Her marks in the International Baccalaureate have also been excellent (35 total points outperforming the world and national average). In the three High Level subjects she has obtained 6/7 and, having combined the languages of the different subjects, she has finished with the distinction of 'Bilingual Diploma'.

Marta has been sponsored by the EIC Foundation in order to be able to do her Baccalaureate studies for her good results at the end of 4th of ESO and is a pride and an example for all of us because during this time she doesn’t stop practicing sports, Athletics, working in summers and always with a positive attitude and a smile in her face. Congratulations Marta to you and all your classmates, too!
